You can return the goods received without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the order by returning the goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods on time.

Consequences of return

In the event of an effective return, the services received by both parties must be returned. The goods can only be returned in perfect, unused condition. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you, the deadline begins when the goods are sent or the return request is made, and for us when they are received.
