Installation instructions for polyurethane parts:
When installing new polyurethane parts on drive shafts, ball studs, and other metal parts, the metal parts must be cleaned of rust and rubber residue. Uneven surfaces and sharp edges at the installation points should be minimized. Damaged and deformed drive shafts or ball studs should be replaced with new ones.
Before installing the polyurethane parts, the contact points with the drive shafts, ball studs, and other metal parts should be treated with lithium grease.
Tightening the spring elements should only be done under load (the vehicle's wheels must not be suspended).
Polyurethane parts must not come into contact with acetone or acid-based products.
