Installation instructions for polyurethane parts:
When fitting new polyurethane parts to drive shafts, ball joints and other metal components, the metal parts must be cleaned of rust and rubber residue. Uneven surfaces and sharp edges at the mounting points should be smoothed out. Damaged or deformed drive shafts or ball joints should be replaced with new ones.
Before fitting the polyurethane parts, the contact points with the drive shafts, ball joints and other metal parts should be treated with lithium grease.
The spring elements must only be tightened whilst the vehicle is under load (the vehicle’s wheels must not be suspended).
